📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after full payment is received.

For Pre-order Items:

All pre-order items will be fulfilled after the official drop date (17/7/2025).
Estimated processing time: 7–10 working days from the drop date, depending on stock arrival and production.
We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped.
🌍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

Malaysia (West & East)
Singapore
For other international orders, please contact us before placing your order.
🚚 Shipping Duration (after dispatch)
West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
East Malaysia: 3–5 business days
Singapore: 4–7 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or phone number provided at checkout.

📌 Delivery Issues
If the parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to receive, re-delivery fees may apply.
